The ability for us as an organization, across multiple sites in our portfolio (over 100) was able to see what we were doing well or not so much with social media marketing campaigns/content creation efforts at each site - which allowed me then go back into my own team's workflows & processes around content production /social posting etc., make changes where needed! I think this would be great if there are more than 2 people using them together but otherwise they can do their job very effectively without having too many users involved simultaneously.- As mentioned above though being used by only two individuals means that you don't get all those benefits from other teams who may need input about how best things could improve within certain areas e g : website design improvements).
