Stopped working 5 days after 30 day return period

I had a Samsung T5 SSD connected and uploaded my photos from an SD/CF card reader once a week. Sometimes the SSD turned off and I didn't understand why. Today I opened my laptop and found that my SSD is not showing up. So I restarted my computer but the SSD still didn't show up. I took a look at the hub and noticed the blue light was off. I am extremely disappointed
