This product was received with sharp burrs on the ends of the suspension rods due to lack of chamfer and burr chrome plating. My wife cut her finger, slipped a towel over it and found her towels caught. Upon examining it, I found razor-sharp chrome burrs on the ends of all the rods. I thought about bringing back this example of poor Chinese craftsmanship. I removed the rail, deburred and beveled the ends of the rods so they were safe and useful. Better check your inventory, deburr products, and retrain your suppliers on this. I could see a lawsuit if a housewife stabs her knee with this product!
