We were initially disappointed as we weren't impressed with the grip and didn't feel it held tight. Because the head is made of silicone, you have the freedom not to mark furniture, but you don't feel like you can clean the floor. I think it would be great for hardwood, but it's not for us for tile. I am very impressed with the customer service who contacted me to really understand why we were unhappy and also offered a refund. Although this mop wasn't for us, I've seen where it has good potential.
