worked for an hour

The device arrived and seemed new. I set it up and it was easy. I started watching a movie and after an hour the internet connection was gone, not trying to reconnect. All my other items still worked on my internet, I restarted the router, it made no difference. I bought an extended warranty and called Revain for service (as they say tech support is included). There the answer was to turn the device off and on again, which I have already done. Then they made me reboot the router, it didn't work. THEN they wanted me to call Rock to see if they could help. One of the reasons I bought it from Revain was because they said they would endorse the item. I requested another device which they said they would send. Then for some reason the technician said that my address had been deactivated by Revane. WHAT? I said you sent me two items to this address today. After refusing to give my credit card to the agent, she said she spoke to her manager and misread her screen. So I'll see when I get the next card if it's longer than an hour. This is an update. Upon examining the article, I found that it had lost its MAC address. So no matter what I did, nothing connected. Roku doesn't support luck, that's a joke. I received an email from them asking if the issue was resolved. When I tried to reply to the email, I was told that my service ticket was closed. For real.
