The Kolcraft carrycot is perfect for travel or even everyday use. I wanted this cradle to be used when we go to my parents' house or when we visit family. I am very pleased with how light this tote bag is. It's easy to carry around in a carry bag or move after assembly. I don't know the gender of the baby so I love that this bassinet has a gender neutral gray pattern. The mattress pad inside the carrycot is neither too soft nor too thin for the baby. One downside for me is that I would like it to sit higher off the ground. I have to bend down a lot when I want to change my baby in the bassinet. This product is very sturdy and well made. I take comfort in the fact that the cradle has mesh walls for safety. Overall I am very satisfied and recommend it.
