Thick and strong, great leather protection for riding, but the kit does not include protective inserts.
I love this jacket! It's thick leather and well made, I couldn't have asked for a nicer fit. A little uncomfortable in the hands. But the skin is stretched, it fits better when it is "broken in". I may add that I recently threw away my bike, no scratches on the upper body, a slight abrasion on the skin of the left arm on the jacket. Now he has a little character with a story behind it.
