When this tablet arrived I immediately noticed that the camera and flash were without a protective case. Returned for a replacement with no problems and despite this little confusion I give it five stars. Having two kids, I've ordered several cheap tablets from other manufacturers over the years for just a few dollars less than this one, and they've been adequate at best. That's a whole different class. It feels VERY solid and reliable, it has a metal body instead of plastic, the screen brightness is good, and the performance is all my kids need for gaming and video. Also, it comes with a very nice book-like case with a nice gel border for the tablet. We'll see how it holds up over time but after a week or so I'm still very happy with the quality at this price point. (In case anyone is upset about the advertised thickness of 0.55", please note that this is the thickness TOGETHER with the case. The tablet itself is very thin. I would even call it sleek.) EDIT - The battery of the Tablets was empty after five weeks. Monthly return period closed, currently waiting to see how seller's warranty service works UPDATE - Seller replaced tablet under warranty with no issues (had to send broken tablet to California. Seller's service was prompt and courteous. Replacement tablet is a different brand ("The Saviour"), but otherwise they are identical.
