Genuinely shocked

Background: 29 year old male in slightly above average condition. Inconsistent training program. I was drawn to this supplement when I saw that it contained fenugreek. Fenugreek is called Hilba in my mother's culture and is a popular spice/natural remedy there. She swore her whole life that it was "good for the blood" and "good for cleansing the body" and as a cure for many diseases. One thing she also said though is that the sweat stinks when you take it. She's not wrong lol. For context: I've been taking other supplements regularly for about a year. These are magnesium complex, vitamin D, zinc, vitamin C, B complex and CBD. I've been taking this supplement for about 1.5 months now. Half the recommended dose because it's difficult to swallow 6 capsules a day on top of everything else. When I started, I didn't exercise regularly. Apart from a slight improvement in mood, almost nothing happened in the first two weeks. The real kick came when I started to train regularly again after 1 month. I was shocked. As someone who has briefly experimented with the 13 week cycle, I can honestly say that I have experienced a 50-75% increase in energy levels, recovery failures, and a rate of muscle gain and fat burning compared to the cycle. The change in libido and general aggression is about 25% in comparison. The best part is that you are still 100% healthy. No hypogonadism or gyno for you or me. :)
