Overall this product is great. I do roofing and use it every day. I have two main comments: 1) I wish the digital reader could read upside down. I get the sloping ceilings by laying them against the rafters and sometimes it's hard to stand upside down depending on the angle of my stair position; 2) One of my two DWL80E stopped turning on after only six months. So I contact the company to find out what needs to be done because I tried new batteries and they didn't work. They were very quick to respond, asked me to check something on the DWL80E and when they found the unit wasn't working properly they asked for my address to send me a new unit. Overall, I appreciate the quick customer service and the adequacy of getting a working device.
