Review on Menugem by Alejandro Raney

I like how easy it was to set up, we were able find all of our menu items in one place (Menu Manager) which made ordering from other locations easier! Menu management could be improved - would love if you had more features built into that section as well!! Great product overall though with some minor improvements they can add this software will become even better than what its already at now. We are solving issues around customer service/customer experience by using menus online via an app or website vs having customers call us directly about their food orders etc.-we have eliminated confusion & saved time when needed so employees know exactly who needs help right away instead waiting through voicemail messages The ease of use and customization options that Menugem offers are great. It has been very easy to implement into our daily operations. I have not found any issues thus far with using the software. We are able to track orders, manage inventory and keep customers informed through their online ordering process. I have not had to call customer service in order to assist with an issue. All of our restaurants are now connected and able to communicate together via a central location.
