Looking at the deck boxes made me wonder if I should spend a lot of money on 150 gallons, they are significantly more expensive. Let me just say that those 130 gallons are very big. A lot of people are familiar with the size of a 50 gallon keg, well that's more than two and a half kegs. He's huge. The assembly is good. You need wrenches and socket wrenches. If you use the socket, you will need a wrench on the other side. The metric is what is required. With some patients I managed with minimal stress, but there are several problems. First, Lifetime can easily standardize bolt and nut sizes. This requires three wrenches and heads of different sizes. You could just do the whole 10mm to simplify the process and reduce the number of tools you have to pull out. Second, the bottom was slightly arched. As I slide the sides down, I put my weight on the pieces to make sure all the tabs fall into place. I recommend turning it upside down after installing the side panels to ensure all the clips engage. Third, some of the holes were still covered with too much plastic. The screws are self-tapping and go through the plastic. But they didn't want the bolts. I had to take a drill and drill holes to insert the screws. It doesn't matter, but it might set you back if you're not used to solving problems this way. I am very happy with this deck box.
