Just received this and haven't tried it yet but am happy and excited about my purchase. Can't wait to get pastries. Definitely seem sharp and quality metal. I thought the protective case would cover the back as well, but it doesn't. It's okay because the back doesn't seem to cut you. I just snap the lids on when I'm pressing on the table anyway. They are a good size and have a comfortable grip. The ends have feet to prevent slipping. Extra chic peeler and cleaning tool. The low price, which I was happy to pay in full, can't be beat. Great purchase and definitely recommended for any baker's kitchen.
