Works well, connects to my phone quickly and stably. I use it for my car radio as it doesn't have Bluetooth. I specifically wanted a Bluetooth receiver without a battery, and that's exactly what I need (turns on and off with my car). For my use case it works great. The sound quality is good, about what you would expect from a Bluetooth connection. Bass performance is very good, not weak like some receivers. There is some hissing from the circuitry when connected to a Bluetooth device (the ground loop doesn't eliminate it), but I could only hear it in headphones connected to it. So it might not be the best choice for headphone use, but it works fine with my car stereo.
