It's like a 10-15 pr tube but won't actually leak after extension.
No need for this seal, they use a Toyota RTV brand silicone seal from the factory, it's like a 10-15 pr hose but won't really leak after a long time. Bought by accident and a Toyota technician working in his workshop explained how it would leak over a long period of time. It's cheaper to throw it away than to get your money back.
