Review on Birthday Decorations Balloons Confetti Diameter by Lisa Kruit

Ordered to decorate my daughter's birthday. Balloon "1" was not properly sealed at the rim and was not holding air. I had to record it to make it work because it was too late to do anything else. Also, the "I" was missing from the Happy Birthday banner. It's pretty hard to say Happy Birthday without the letter "I". Try improvising with just "Happy" and "16" balloons taped over to hold air. It's disappointing that I have to repackage and send it back to get my money back. No one will be able to take advantage of the refund. I just want a refund without having to worry about repackaging.
