The most helpful feature is that we can use it for all our clients, not just one client like other companies do who are using their own platform to only help certain customers within an organization or department. This has been very beneficial because now all departments have access of this system so they don't need separate applications which helps them work more efficiently together with others instead having different systems as well. I wish there was better integration between Salesforce/Inventory and SAP ERP modules such as BOMs. Also would be nice if you could create your custom dashboards easily without being stuck learning how things works before creating something useful out from it. We're able implement new features quicker than expected since everything's integrated into 1 solution rather then 2-3 distinct platforms (SalesForce + Inventory).
