Cons: 1. My 4 lb Shih Tzu popped the zipper slightly in 2 different places 2 times and escaped. Shoulder straps should be adjustable. They are uncomfortable and will fall off if not attached to each other.3. The soft sides continued to fold in while my dog was in the .pro1. I loved all of the pockets for the phone, keys, dog treats and I used a potty umbrella slot.
