In general, the purchase is satisfied. I am an experienced gamer, but now more and more time is spent on work, family, routine and business. You won’t play much, so I took Switch rather for business trips (to get distracted on the plane) and for the weekend. For all the time I took several games (Zelda, Skyrim, Mario Odyssey, Resident Evil Rev2, Outlast 2, Wolfenstein and L. A. Noire with Diabla. And in 3 months only Diablo and Skyrim passed by 30 percent. Portability pleases insanely. Honestly, I advise all fans play, but without jumping on the graphics. All games are adequately optimized, no need to worry about this.

About the service experience. 2 times under warranty changed joyCon, stick creak. Every time a courier came, picked it up, brought it back. They say that the diagnosis takes an average of 2 weeks, but up to 45 days. I waited all 45. Waited, brought, the creak is even worse. I passed it again, they said that they would change it without diagnostics, as a result, I write in a week, where is the delivery? They mixed it up, sent it for diagnostics, apologized for the mistake, and after 3 days they delivered the correct one. In general, it is convenient and conscientious, albeit for a long time. Didn't have to go anywhere to give! Well done.

Pros

And when you want sound and pictures, you connect it to your favorite TV - there are really a lot of games compared to PS vita, apparently, it is profitable for developers to release games on this platform - I am very pleased with the opportunity to transform it as you like, on the one hand this is a trifle, until after a few months it still pleases - sufficient performance, given that this is not a smartphone, but a full-fledged mobile console - Active cooling system (there is 1 cooler) and radiators. Rarely does she make noise.

Cons

Yes, get ready, I will tell you about all the nuances and shortcomings, and you decide whether you will put up with them or not. - general fragility and low wear resistance (I already changed the left Joy Con 2 times under warranty due to the terrible squeak of the left stick), the right one without problems. The screen is sealed with a film and after 3 months the entire film is already scratched, considering that I knew that there was such a problem and I carefully inserted the switch into the docking station ! - Weak screen (720p resolution, TN technology, weak brightness, general fading) - all this greatly spoils the impression of the console. I had Vita Fat (OLED is great) and slim (IPS) and I liked both screens, despite the fact that the cost of the console itself was adequate. They can. Bold minus Nintendo! - Extremely (I would say greedily) high prices for games. But I basically refused to hack. I earn enough. - extremely weak WiFi, ac and 5Ghz and no smell, games download extremely slowly from eshop. - bluetooth headphones can not be connected in any way without dancing with tambourines. - very poor autonomy and long charging (I tried 12W iPad charging, the same thing), this is a big minus, because on the road the powerbank will only delay the discharge, but will not support it in real time.
