Great platform - just wish some things were better

Optimunk has been amazing for us. We have used it for all of our campaigns so far and we are very happy with how easy it is to use. The support is great as well! They are always willing to help in any way they can. Nothing really at this point. I would say that the layout and customization options could be more intuitive. It's not very user friendly.

Also, there are many features that aren't available. But overall, I think it was a good choice and I recommend using it. We've had great success with Optimunk. Our conversions are through the roof and we are able to see exactly what works and what doesn't.

Ease Of Use
Flexibility/Customizability (for both business owners & admins)
Supportive Community you'd never know just reading their forum or reviews here if people dislike something about them because everyone seems like an advocate.
A lot less expensive than other platforms outthere suchas Shopify + BigCommerce
