I used the garland version so this review is based on that alone. Installed in the interior lighting of the map in 07 Avalanche. The diameter of the ends of the garland is slightly smaller than the standard garland version. Consequence of bad contact. The solution is pretty simple. Using needle nose pliers, gently squeeze the metal tabs of the string bushing, but do not punch around the bushing. This will keep the daisy plug adapter firmly in place and prevent flickering from poor contact. The lights are bright, easy to install, inexpensive. I will be buying another set for the original reason I wanted them.
