The wallet is as thin as possible with a nice inner pocket that fits a mobile phone. Credit cards fit perfectly as the slits are cut across. Plenty of storage space with 2 zipped compartments, one zipped inside and one outside. However, my iPhone 7 Plus fits in a wallet if you fill up credit cards or fold the card slot in half over the clasp that closes the wallet. It doesn't close properly and the fabric around it can wear out pretty quickly. I want my phone to fit with no clasp issues so I remove the cards next to the clasp. Look closely at the photo of the clasp to see what I'm talking about. The wallet does not smell at all and feels comfortable. I really like this wallet. Just don't overdo it and you will get good use out of it.
