Review on Siedinlar by Anthony Payton

My experience purchasing some outdoor lighting from Siedinlar's online store was a huge letdown, despite the fact that I was very thrilled to make the purchase. To begin, there was no indication as to why the shipment was held up for more than a week. When I did finally get my hands on the delivery, I discovered that one of the lights was broken. When I contacted customer service, I was met with a representative who was impolite and useless, and who seemed more interested in pointing the finger of blame at me for the damage than in finding a solution to the issue. After a number of emails and phone calls, we were eventually able to get a replacement, but it was the wrong color when it arrived! My time spent with Siedinlar was, on the whole, a very frustrating and disheartening experience for me. I would not suggest this business to anyone looking for dependable and effective service because they do not meet those criteria.
