Ok, I'll change my rating. At first I hated it and it turned my hair blue and uneven. I've since tried again and this is what worked for me! I combined this mask, some Redken Blondage Conditioner and It's 10 Deep Cleansing Conditioner together, applied it to my hair and left it on for about 15-20 minutes. Then I washed it off and just applied Redken Blondage Conditioner for 3-5 minutes. My hair was brassy and yellow, probably level 8-9. Now my hair is the perfect pearl of ash! Couldn't be happier. I took off a star because it hurts a bit, but now I feel like it worked better than anything I've tried. By the way, I also first used Fanola without Orange mixed with Biolage Colorlast Purple Shampoo.
