I bought this as a gift for my grandson and shortly after we gave it to him for Christmas the chain broke. We contacted AMAZON/PORI and they agreed on a replacement. The replacement came about 3 weeks ago and today we had another interruption. Of course, for a product that costs as much as this network, it shouldn't be. My grandson is very careful, but it turns out that even the slightest pull on the chain will cause it to snap. I want my money back as my confidence in the quality of this chain is a serious issue. This is supposed to be one of the strongest chains you can buy, it's a cord chain, but that's not the case here. How can we get our money back?
