I bought two of these a few weeks ago. Setup was easy. Unpacked, pulled out the battery's plastic tab, put it under the sink. Literally a few days after installing two sensors, one went off with an alarm. The sound of the alarm clock is noticeably different from the sound of the smoke alarm, so I immediately knew it was coming from under the sink. Of course I had a very small puddle (the size of a golf ball). It was a very small leak, but this detector caught it early. There was a small tear in the hose. I fixed the leak and saved myself the much bigger mess that would have happened if that crack had turned into a crack. I've just bought two more of these and will likely be purchasing a Wi-Fi accessory in the near future. Good product with a clear design and clear signalling.
