The bottle says it makes lashes thicker, fuller and longer, but I'm still trying it out. It contains a small amount of biotin which promotes healthy hair growth and my nails seem fuller too. Like I said, I love these, but I'm still at it. I'll be back soon to let you know. However, I don't care about the NON FDA label on this item. I never take more than 2 gummies a day, but was this product bottled in an FDA regulated facility? Interesting. Lol who knows but they're delicious just know what you're eating.
