I bought these because due to the current state of the world I am trying to build a mini gym at home (but I live in an apartment). I was an avid gym goer before Covid. It was one of the best purchases I could make for this purpose. The straps are easy to store so they don't take up too much space or clutter my small space. They are durable and the number of components allows you to perform almost any exercise I would do in a real gym. They put the instructions and training plan in the box which I found very nice and very helpful. It helped me figure out all the uses for these tapes because I probably wouldn't have guessed it myself.
