Reliable brand of oil filters. Worth the price.
I use this PurolatorONE oil filter for a number of reasons: (1) It offers an extended life of up to 10,000 miles. Although I don't stretch my oil changes that long, I try to change them at 5km to 6km intervals when using a good synthetic oil. I like to have a little pillow with me. (2) This PurolatorONE filter generally compares favorably to many mass market brands. The well-done technical analysis I've read indicates a solid construction with quality components. That gives me peace of mind when changing the oil on my little one, a nearly 20 year old Dodge Ram.
