Already defective

I have used the cable twice and now it seems to have a bad connection and I have to keep plugging and unplugging my phone hoping it will work. The cable has never been stressed so I don't know why it could have internal damage unless it was like that from the factory. Unfortunately I am not satisfied and will have to buy another cable somewhere.
