So far I have used a brush, nail clippers, one of the folders and a nasal aspirator. The clippers are slightly larger and more reliable than the clippers from another set I bought 2 years ago. The files are ok, nothing special. However, the nasal suction from my kit is a complete waste. The suction cup tip constantly falls out and is not stuck, so there is no strong suction. If you're a first-time mom, your nasal aspirators and IV fluids will be a lifesaver. so it's a bummer. The hairbrush is soft but 1 or 2 bristles fall out with each use so I have to check after brushing the baby hairs as I'm paranoid that they can sting, itch and cause discomfort. However, the suitcase is the star of the set, where everything is safely in one place.
