I also ordered one for my friend. I like that I don't have to try to get under the foot of the car with a big screwdriver to get the panel off. Different sizes of the special "S" shape fit two of my machines and I can easily get under the platen, tighten and loosen the screws to get into the bobbin case and clean it.
