I've been working with Terratrue since they first launched their platform but it's really only now that we're seeing how beneficial this tool can be in our day-to-day work life as well! The data quality from the crowdsourced reviews makes them invaluable resources when helping new customers select products to use within an organization or across multiple organizations. This has helped us streamline product selection processes by making sure all of the key decision makers have vetted each option before committing. We also rely heavily upon customer support via email so being able to reach out directly through the app rather than having to switch between apps/websites is great too!
