Not easy to inflate

First the balloons were inflated if you could go that far they would be ok and I say ok because the lollipops didn't float at all. But with all balloons, you could hardly get them to inflate. The place where you inserted the stem of the helium tank was practically sealed. I've used balloons before and never had this problem. I ended up wasting so much helium trying to push the stem into place while trying to push the end of the stem through the seal at the same time.
