Disappointed with the eyes

I love this mascara but this time I was waiting for it to arrive and when I finally got it the mascara wand didn't have a brush on the end. I wouldn't have been able to use it if I didn't have a wand from my old one. Technically, I had to throw that wand away after a period of time. It's a shame to get stuff you can't use.
