Let me start by saying that I bought the Apple Magic Keyboard first. I didn't like the fact that it didn't have a keyboard shortcut that I was familiar with to begin with, but after using it it was just a keyboard and I couldn't justify paying $350 so I returned it. I looked at this keyboard for a long time, but was skeptical about buying it because there were no reviews on the model I wanted. This featured versatility and didn't have an unsightly hole on the back for the Apple logo. However, the touchpad is just a touchpad. There are no left and right click buttons as stated in the product description. Uncritical, but takes getting used to. ** You can right-click while holding Ctrl + Touch. Two finger scrolling is usually pretty good. It works about 85% of the time. ** You can also scroll with the globe button on the left below the Shift button. It's made of plastic. However, I don't see any fall protection in this case. This can provide scratch protection on the back, but I would suggest a screen protector. There are a few pads at the base of the keyboard, but I wouldn't go mad if I closed the lid too hard. It is very heavy at certain angles due to the weight of your iPad. The backlight works as described and you can choose the color. I love this keyboard and recommend it. Photos and videos will follow shortly.
