It's my fault I haven't tried this whisk for so long. Now it's too late to go back. The idea of combining a scraper and heater is great, but this product didn't work well. First, I can't turn the mixer speed higher than 4 (out of 10). The batter flew out of the mixer when I turned the mixer to speed 6. Okay, okay, so I'm staying on speed 4. When the batter was fully mixed, I stopped the mixer and checked the bottom of the mixer bowl. for pure dry ingredients. Great, nothing. Very excited! As I scooped the batter into the cupcake pan, I found the scraper was stuck with dry ingredients and half-mixed batter. Well, what to do if most of the test is already spilled. So I cleaned the scraper and manually mixed the dry/semi-mixed batter into the rest of the batter. This thing that was supposed to save me time and effort ended up costing me more time and effort. It's too late to go back, so another kitchen utensil is added to our junkyard.
