I like that it's quick, easy to use, and gets results in days instead of weeks. It also has an option where you can upload documents directly from your computer or email them to me so they are available when needed. This makes it easier than uploading docs into their system which takes time since I don't have access outside my office hours. Sometimes the search feature doesn't work as well as we'd expect (i.e., it won't find some names that should be found). Also, there aren't many companies listed at this point; if something comes up that needs to be searched by another employer the process can take longer because it isn't very comprehensive yet. We've been able to weed out people who shouldn't be working with our clients faster than hiring human resources could do it.
