Don't buy this. Very dissatisfied.
The black color of the piercing came off within a few days of being placed. It irritated my piercing so much that I had to put the original earring in and let it heal. The heart only works on right side piercings. Piercing with "opal" weighs 18 grams, and the rest - 16 grams. Overall very disappointed. I threw them all away. If I could start it negatively, I would.
