Do not use screws!
The holder itself meets my expectations. It is made of matte plastic and holds the remote controls. Are there screws? Throw them away and get something else. The head broke off when screwing it in! I spent 30 minutes trying to remove a headless screw from the wood I attached it to! Totally unnecessary pain. but luckily I had proper screws to install it.
