Except for the IRobot logo, it is identical to the one on my Roomba i6+. I haven't done any scientific analysis of the filter itself, but the material appears to be identical. Maybe I'm misunderstanding the image on the page that looks like a drop of water with a line through it. I would guess it means "don't wash". I understand that Irobot doesn't want me to wash it because they want me to buy more from them. but these replacement parts have the exact same symbol but are advertised as "washable". However. Washing them seems ok although they are so cheap I don't need it.
