I was skeptical of an "instantaneous" thermometer in this price range. But I thought that at this price YOLO right? Well, it has taken a prominent place in my kitchen. It just works! Reads in 3 seconds or so. After all the ones I've been using for ten years that take 2-3 MINUTES to slowly count the grades it seems like magic. What other details.
