This lightweight vest has plenty of room for your phone, keys, pepper spray etc. and plenty of room for water with the ability to use water bottles in the pockets on the front of the vest, or a bladder in a large one Back pocket or both (how far do you run?!?)! I have personally used this vest with a 2 liter reservoir and it has worked great! I also used the front water bottle pockets and that worked great too!
