Review on 🧦 Boost Leg Circulation with Presadee Closed Toe 15-20 mmHg Zipper Moderate Compression Socks (Beige, 3XL) by Todd Phillips

First bought as 4x - open and closed toe. Like a closed toe is better - an open toe slipped off. 4 times too tight on the problem leg. Bought 5x - same print much better. The inner zip lining was beige so it was easy to spot a size other than 4x with white lining. I only reordered a larger size 5X this time, the inner lining was white instead of beige. I emailed Presadee when they asked about their product on the insert and asked why the 5X didn't have a beige zipper like it did before I bought it, but no response. Emailed again on 8/1/21, no response. "New" 5x doesn't fit - too tight on problem leg - same as 4X. I took a brand new pair of 4X's and a brand new '5X' without the 'beige' liner - and found that they are exactly the same size and length at the foot and length and width at the leg. The only difference was a small circular peel-off sticker that said 5X on the outer box. I'm guessing based on the discrepancy and my measurements - 4X will be shipped instead of 5X and marked as 5X. I can't point out if this was a mistake or on purpose but as they chose not to reply to email after the package label asked "please email us before view" , and they haven't responded, I suspect the product sizing is now skewed as 4x and 5X look the same and are the same size. Shame on you. Wouldn't buy again. Plus, after a few washes - pull up the seam of the zipper.
