Review on AT&T CL82515 Digital Answering System: Enhanced Communication with 5 Handsets by Adam Gorsage

After you received this product and charged the batteries for the required 10 hours, they still had insufficient charge to use the phones. We left them on their chargers out of town for 4 days, not yet charged enough to use them. Called the AT&T warranty number. After drinking beers for other things for 5 minutes I finally got to the menu. Tried the warranty option. It just gave me a return address and then took me back to the main menu. Tried the tech option which basically told me to read the instructions. I have used AT&T phone products in the past and have always had good results. My most recent AT&T phones have lasted a little over 9 years and are still intermittent. It should be a replacement. This time I'm not sure if I got a defective block or if the quality has changed.
