Review on AdirMed by Jason Olguin

I recently had the misfortune of placing an order for exercise equipment with AdirMed, and I have to say that the experience was one that left me feeling nothing short of miserable. In spite of their assertions that they provide "high-quality" equipment, the exercise cycle that they sent me was flimsy and of poor construction. It had a wobbly frame and squeaky pedals. It was nothing at all like the sturdy and dependable apparatus that I had anticipated. To add insult to injury, I was met with unhelpful and dismissive responses when I attempted to contact the customer service department of AdirMed to inquire about a return or exchange. They didn't seem interested in helping me solve my problem, and they made me feel like I was being a bother by even contacting them about it. In general, I would not suggest AdirMed to anyone seeking to purchase decent fitness equipment or receive satisfactory assistance from the company's representatives. Look elsewhere for a business that is more dependable and trustworthy to spare yourself the disappointment, and look into other options.
