Comfortable and Does the Trick

My physical therapist recommended I get some ankle weights to use for knee and hip exercises. I looked at these and based on the ratings, I ordered them. They came quickly and so far after two weeks, they seem to be helping. They go on easily and quickly. Full padding makes them very comfortable. Can't tell yet how durable they will be but they seem to be of high quality. I'd recommend them.

Easy to use, durable, and a fantastic way to add more resistance to my leg workout regiment.

Could be too heavy for others
