EthicalHat has been a great partner for us. They are very knowledgeable in the security space, and are always available to answer any questions we have. They are always willing to help, and are very easy to talk to. I can't think of anything I dislike about their service. I would highly recommend EthicalHat to anyone looking for security consultants. We have used EthicalHat for a number of years now, and they have been a great fit for our organization. They have been able to help us with a variety of issues, from network/data security, to application security, to compliance issues. They are very easy going people who make you feel comfortable about talking to them. You can talk to them directly without having an intermediary involved which is nice because I like that approach. Sometimes when they have questions it takes longer than expected but overall nothing really negative. The only downside would be if you don't understand something or need more clarification then maybe some times, sometimes you want someone else so its not as personal. We use ethical hat for PCI compliance.
