Very nice! I bought this light to complement my 10 gallon tank to help my plants grow. The 16" bracket fits perfectly and the suction cups stick surprisingly well to the underside of the canopy (3rd picture shows the underside of my aquarium hood with the attachment attached to the suction cup). You can also just stick to the glass at the top of the tank. Suction cups and clips are strong and reliable. The cylindrical dip strip has a row of white LEDs on one side and a second RGB strip next to it. This means that the white and RGB stripes shine at an angle of about 30 degrees to each other. When I attach the suction cups to the bottom of the hood, one strip lights up slightly at the front and the second part lights up slightly at the back (it would be more up/down if they were attached to the glass at the back). My first photo of the tank shows the tank with the RGB and white stripe lit up, and the second photo of the tank shows the Lominie stripe along with the hood lights that come with the tank. This is a dramatic improvement. The controller supplied with the light allows you to turn on one, the other or both lightbars and has a nine setting dimmer (each time you press the dimmer it dims by 10% until it reaches the minimum setting and then hidden) . back to 100% if you toggle it further). When you turn off the cable, it saves its settings. However, if you manually turn it off, it will revert to full brightness of both LED strips when you manually turn it back on. And it comes with a great little timer! The timer has three settings that allow you to turn the light on for three hours, six hours, or nine hours. When you install it, the light will turn on and then turn on again every day 24 hours later at the set time! A simple timer, easy to use and very effective! I've also included an image of a diagram that illustrates all the parts in the package. I also like that the orientation of the connector means it mates well with the other connectors in the power panel. Well done. Very important.
