Bought 2 chairs but had to return 1 due to missing hinge nut and bolt and 2 broken end caps. There was no visible damage to the packaging. The other forks have been loosened, so I'm concerned that fork insert durability will be an issue. In terms of comfort, I rate it 3 out of 5. If you are a wide person, this chair will be uncomfortable as your hips will bump against the side rails of the seat. The side cup holders are good, but the insert popped out easily on a broken chair, but didn't happen on a good chair. There is a 5" deep side pocket on the left side for phone, sunglasses, sunscreen, magazines etc. Update: After returning a chair I received a replacement and upon inspection it also had a broken insert that went into the hand slips . Rather than return the chair I poured epoxy on the broken insert and glued it into the armrest. It can be seen that these inserts are poorly constructed and easily damaged. I recommend looking for other chairs as 2 out of 3 chairs turned out to be defective.
